Mrs. Melissa Blake

I have been in education since 1998.  I have taught 2nd and 3rd grade, been the Media Specialist and have been the Gifted Teacher since 2018. My love for learning, reading, and kids has led me to this position and I enjoy every minute of being with these students.  They make me smile and it makes my heart happy!

My goal for them is to make them independent learners who are ready for real world experience. Seeing them succeed is my ultimate goal!

I have been married to Corey since 2002 and we have two kids, Dustin and Shelby.  I am excited that both of my kids will be Satsuma Alumni.

I am so excited to be a part of this amazing school system.  It is great to be a Gator!
