Lee Elementary used instructional technology as one way of enhancing the mission to provide a creative, rigorous, and technology-rich academic environment that encourages students to become independent, analytical, and self-motivated learners who can make positive, caring, and ethical contributions to the community. Excellence in education requires that technology is seamlessly integrated throughout the education program. From Pre-K, students are exposed to various technologies and it is used daily in instruction by both students and teachers, focusing on the skills that will equip today's learners for tomorrow's world of work. Our school has increased our technology needs consistently since our inception. We now have a computer lab, and three rolling Chromebook labs, and have just acquired a 3-D printer. All of our classrooms have Smartboards and computer stations that our teachers and students use daily for instruction and teaching.
